Samosa is also know as Curry puffs. Curry puffs are good for snack or appetizer. Many people think it is difficult to make. However, with AirGO’s help can save you a lot of time in making this wonderful vegetarian food.

AirGO can make 9 pieces curry puffs in the pan at a time.

Prepare Ingredients

- Defrost puff sheets for about 1 hrs
- Chop 1/4 onion
- Boiled 1 medium size potato for 25 mins and mash it, set aside
- Mince a cube of curry paste (about 2 table spoon)

Making fillings with AirGO

-Set AirGO grill function 400F for 12 mins. Line with a sheet of parchment paper.
-After preheating, add vegetable oil and chopped onion in the pan, mixing them well together
-Cook until AirGO shows "FLIP" then add sweet pea, salt and minced curry paste with 2tbs of water, mix them well.
-Cook until times up. Mix the mashed potato in the pan.
-Let it cool down before wrapping.

Wrap the curry puff

- one box puff sheets can make about 18 pieces, each sheet can make 9 pieces.
- cut one sheet into 3 by 3 pieces, add the cool-downed curry filling one each pieces
- fold them into triangle shapes
- use forks to press the edge to seal the puff
- after all curry puff wrapped, set them in the freezer for 30 mins before baking.

Baking with AirGO

- Set AirGO to oven function for 15 mins
- Line a sheet of parchment paper in the pan
- put curry puffs in the pan
- beat an egg and brush egg wash on the top of the curry puff
- no need to wait for preheat to complete. Just close the lid, let them cook until time is up.
