2 big pcs Chicken Thighs
10-15pcs Chestnut
5-6 pcs Shiitake mushroom
1 tbs Oil
2-3 stalks Green Onion
6 pcs Ginger sliced
2 tsp for sauce Soy Sauce
1 tbs for sauce Dark soy sauce
2 tsp for sauce Oyster Sauce
2 tsp for sauce Cooking wine
2-3 Dry Chili
2 tsp Sugar

AirGO Robotic Stirfry Chestnut with Chicken

    It’s the season of chestnut. Chestnuts with Chicken is the most popular dish during autumn season. the original way to cook this dish, which you have to roast chestnuts first, then pan fry chicken thighs, then heat wok to release aroma from herbs, then add chicken, chestnuts, sauce, water and cook until the sauce becomes thicker.

    With AirGO, you just need install the robotic gear and put all the ingredients in the pan, let the machine do its work. Simple, easy and delicious!



    Prepare Ingredients

    - Shelled and peeled chestnuts, and cut them into halves
    - Clean and paper towel dried chicken thighs, cut into cube (6-8 pcs/thigh )
    - 1 tbs of oil
    - Julienne green onion and slice gingers
    - Prepare sauce: mix 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbs of dark soy sauce, 2 tsp of cooking wine and 2 tsp of oyster sauce, set aside and ready for use later.
    - 2 to 3 dry chili pepper
    - Cut fresh shiitake mushroom into quarters


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Install the AirGO stirring gears (the large driving ring and the stirring paddle).
    - (second generation) Set AirGO robotic stirfry function at 420F for 30 minutes.
    - Add all the ingredients except the sauce into the pan
    - Close the lid to cook until LED shows 10 mins left.
    - Open the lid, add mixed sauce and 2 tsp of sugar in the pan
    - Continue to cook until times up (the sauce becomes thicker and the chestnut becomes soft)

    (If you have 1st generation of AirGO, you can first set robotic stir fry about 100 degrees, after it's rotating, and then change the temperature to 420 degrees)
