1. Rehydrate the soy curls by combining the soy curls and vegetable broth in a medium bowl for 10 minutes.
2. Attach AirGO Stir Fryer’s Large Gear Assembly, and place the Stirring Paddle in the center of cooking pan as per the User Manual. Ensure the gears and paddle are positioned properly.
3. Add the olive or canola oil and the garlic to the cooking pan.
4. Press [power] button to turn on AirGO.
5. Press [function] button to select Stir Fry.
6. Adjust temperature to 420°F.
7. Adjust time to 6 minutes.
8. Press [start] button. The AirGO starts preheating, and the display shows “PrE”.
9. When preheating is completed with “PrE” flashing and a tune, drain the soy curls and transfer them to the cooking pan (no need to drain). Close the lid and continue cooking.
10. After two minutes (the time will be at 4 minutes), add the broccoli, close lid and continue.
11. Whisk the soy sauce, cornstarch, agave and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl and set aside.
12. When the time indicates 1 minutes remaining, pour the sauce into the pan and add the sesame seeds. Close the lid and continue cooking for 1 minute longer.
13. When cooking time is completed, the LED displays “End” with 4 long beeps. Transfer the soy curls and broccoli to a plate and serve with brown rice.
