Ingredients

medium size 4 Butterfish
4 pcs ginger for marinate fish Ginger
1/2 tsp of salt for coat fish and marinate Salt
1tbs of oil half for coat the pan and other half for spray on the top of the fish Oil
about 2 tbs for coat fish before airfrying corn starch

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Clean the fish and dry it well with paper towel, Sliced open the 2 sides of the fish for better cooking.
    - Slice 4 pcs of gingers put in the fish stomach to reduce the fishiness.
    - Coat the fish 2 side with salt
    Marinate for 15mins

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO Airfry function for 400F 15mins with lined parchment paper
    - After preheat, Add half tablespoon of oil in the pan,
    - Coat corn starch on the fish, then place them in the pan
    - spray about half tablespoon of oil on the top of fish
    - Cooking until LED shows FLIP
    - Flip the fish, cooking until times up
