Ingredients

1 lb Grass Crap Fillet
4 pcs Roma Tomato
1/4 tsp Ground white pepper powder Marinated fish
1/8 tsp himalayan pink salt Marinated fish
4 cloves garlic
5 pcs Ginger sliced
1/3 bunch cilantro
2 stalks Green Onion
1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener

      I have cooked this recipe several times and always comes out perfect. I have used sliced Grass carp (boneless) where you can find in the Asian Market frozen section or you can fillet by yourself.

      Prepare ingredients

      - Remove the skin of the tomato, finely chop, and set aside for use later.
      - Sliced the fish and marinated it with salt and ground white peppercorn powder.
      - Mince garlic and slice gingers.
      - Chop green onion and cilantro.

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function for 400F 12 mins with oil
      - After preheat, add tomato, garlic, ginger, salt, and monk fruits sweetener to the pan.
      - Cook until LED shows FLIP, add fish slices to the pan evenly.
      - Cook until times up, add cilantro and green onion to the pan, and give a stir.
