155g Cake Flour

50g Dried cranberries

    True shortbread is buttery, melt-in-your-mouth goodness that should be completely irresistible. Baking with AirGO for perfect texture with less time.

    Prepare ingredients

    -Using blender to cream the butter, pinch of salt, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
    -Beat 1 egg yolk in the butter
    -Mix in the flour, a little at a time, until combined.
    -Stir in dried cranberries.
    -Put dough into a mold or shape the dough into a long log shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
    -Place dough in the freezer for 1 hour.
    -After 1 hour, remove mold or plastic wrap and cut or slice the cookie dough about 1cm in thickness.
    -Line parchment paper in the pan, and place the shortbread cookie dough into pan.

    Cooking with AirGO

    -Set AirGO to oven function for 305F about 18-20mins
    -Place the pan in the AirGO and close the lid, bake until times up
    -Let cookies cool for several minutes on baking sheet before moving to cooling rack. Let cool completely.
