2 cup Noodle Cooked, Cold
1 thigh Boneless skinless Chicken thigh
2 Shanghai Bokchoy
1 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 tbs Sesame oil
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Five spice powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp Cooking wine

    I love fry noodles, but I couldn’t make it if I don’t use a lot oil or huge wok, it might still stick on the bottom and make big mess on the stove.

    You can make famous Shanghai street style fry noodle or any kinda fry noodle in home.



    Prepare Ingredients

    1. sliced chicken thigh, marinate with corn starch, pinch of salt, cooking wine, mix well and set for 10 mins.
    2. boil water cook for noodle, rinse off with cold water and drain it well, then mix with sesame oil. (break the noodle in half before cook them)
    3. slice some shanghai bokchoy


    Preheat Stir Fry 420F 5mins

    Preheat Stir fry for 420f 5mins
    add vegetable oil and chicken thigh in the pan cook first until the times off.
    add noodle with dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, five spice powder, press "start" for another 3 mins stir fry.
    add shanghai bokchoy and salt press"start" for 3 more mins to stir fry.
    (using chopstick to help mix well if necessary)
