4 crabs Blue Crab
12 oz Rice Cake
8 pcs marinated crabs Ginger sliced
3 stalks marinated crabs Green Onion
2 tbs marinated crabs Cooking wine
2 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tsb Sugar
1-2 Jalapeno optional
1/4 tsp Ground white pepper powder
3 tbs corn starch
2 tbs Oil

    Blue crab is a comment crab that you can find during the crab season. We have the most delicious way to eat, and AirGO make it so easy!

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Clean and cut crabs into quarters, drain them well, toss with ginger, green onion, cooking wine, and salt.
    - Separate green and white part, the white part for marinate the crabs and green part for later use.
    - Soak rice cake in the warm water for 15mins or more, until its soft
    - Mixing soy sauce, sugar, white peppercorn powder.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function 400 F 12 mins
    - Drain crab well and toss with corn starch,
    - After preheat, add oil in the pan, and place starch covered crab in the pan.
    - Cook until LED shows FLIP, add soften rice cake and sauce in the pan, mixing them well
    - Cook until times up and add green part of green onion and give a stir before serving.
