    Prepare Ingredients

    - Sliced beef tenderloin and marinated with wet corn starch ( 1/2 tsp corn starch and 1/2 cup of water), salt, and black pepper, mixing very well, then cover with 2 tbs oil.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 420 F for 16 mins with parchment paper.
    - While the AirGO is preheating, prepare the sweet onions by slicing them into thin strips.
    - Once the AirGO is preheated, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan and stir in the sweet onions.
    - Cook the onions for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until they turn light brown. Then, remove the onions from the pan and set them aside on a plate.
    - add marinated beef evenly to the pan.
    - Cook the beef until the LED shows "Flip."
    - Once the LED shows "Flip," add the cooked onions on top of the beef, mixing them together well.
    - Continue cooking until the time is up.
    - Once the beef is fully cooked, remove it from the AirGO and transfer it to a serving dish.
    Serve and enjoy your delicious Chinese Style Onion Beef, cooked to perfection using the AirGO!
