If you shop at Asian markets, you may have seen packages of tan-colored, wrinkled bundles resembling gnarled sticks. While its dried appearance may not look particularly appetizing, tofu skin, also called Fuzhu, dried beancurd, or soybean skin, is my go-to vegetarian option to serve to vegetarians who miss the taste of meat.

    Steps

    1
    Done

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Wash the Chinese celery well, remove the leaves, and cut the celery about 2 inches long,
    - put celery in boiled water for 4 mins with a bit oil to remove acid, drain it and rinse with cold water and drain it again.
    - Soak fuzhu in the hot water for 20 mins, until its soft and cut into pieces about 2 inches long.

    Done

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set up AirGO for 400 F about 8 mins with parchment paper
    - after Preheating, add fu zhu in the pan with salt, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil , cook until LED shows flip
    - add celery and salt to the pan, mixing well, cook until times up
