If you are a frequent shopper at Asian markets, you may have come across packages of dried, tan-colored bundles that resemble gnarled sticks. Despite its unappetizing, wrinkled appearance, tofu skin, also known as Fuzhu, dried beancurd, or soybean skin, is a go-to option for vegetarians who crave the taste of meat. This versatile ingredient is a delicious vegetarian alternative that can be incorporated into many dishes, making it a valuable addition to any culinary repertoire.
