With its advanced temperature and time controls, as well as its generously-sized pan, the AirGO seems like the perfect tool for preparing healthy and delicious steamed dishes. To ensure optimal results when steaming with the AirGO, I’ve learned a couple of useful tips: first, I should prepare the boiling water separately before adding it to the pan, and secondly, I need to switch to the appropriate lid for steaming, which is specially designed to trap steam and circulate it evenly around the food.

    Prepare Ingredients

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork with salt, pepper, coconut amino (or light soy sauce with sugar), and ginger water. Mix well.
    2. Take the ground pork mixture and place it on a plate. Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, create 3-4 shallow wells or indentations in the meat mixture.
    3. Crack an egg into each of the wells, making sure the yolk and egg white stay contained within the well. Sprinkle some chopped green onion over the top of the eggs.
    4. Boil 1 cup of water in a separate pot or kettle.

    Cooking with AirGO

    5. Preheat the AirGO cooker to 420°F for 20 minutes.
    6. Pour the boiled water into the pan of the AirGO, and switch to the appropriate lid for steaming.
    7. Once the water starts to bubble, place the frying rack into the pan and cover it with the lid.
    8. Set the timer for 15 minutes and let the pork and eggs steam until done.
    9. Once the cooking time is up, remove the plate from the AirGO and serve hot.
