    This is an extra function that I would like to use with AirGO,  because of the temperature control and time control, and wide pan. STEAM, Just remember 2 tips using AirGO to steam 1, prepare hot water first then add to the pan. 2 changed the lid!

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Ground pork mixed with salt, paper, coconut amino ( or light soysauce with sugar), green onion, and ginger water (soak chopped green onion and julienne ginger with water )
    - place the ground meat on the plate, press 3-4 dips for egg,
    - add 3-4 eggs to the top of the meat, sprinkle some green onion on the top of it
    - Boiled 1 cup of water

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO base heat 420F for 20 min, pour boiled water in the pan change the cover
    - Until the water starts bubbling, place the frying rack in the pan, cover the lid, and set the time to 15mins.
    - Cook until times up
