cover the ribs water
1 head Ginger
2-3 stalks Green Onion
1 tbs Szechuan Pepper Corn
2 tbs Cooking wine
1 tbs Salt
half Bell Pepper
half Sweet Onion
2-3 stalks cilantro

    Use AirGO Airfry function to cook garlic short ribs with less oil and clean kitchen, healthy and tasty!

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Soak 2-3 lbs short ribs tip in the cold water with a head of mashed gingers, green onion, Szechuan peppercorn, cooking wine ,and salt for over 1 hour in the refrigerator.
    - Take out ribs in a big bowl and mix in with dark soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, garlic powder and black pepper powder and marinate for 20 mins.
    - sliced bell pepper and sweet onion for use later.

    Cooking AirGO

    - Set AirGO airfry function for 420F about 15mins (each batch) with lined parchment paper.
    - During preheating time, cove ribs with cornstarch,
    - After preheating, place ribs in the pan ( drizzling some oil on the top if ribs not too fat)
    - Flip when LED shows or first side 10mins and flip it over and cook for another 5 mins.
    - You can serving with after airfried.
    - or add bell pepper and onion sliced and cook for 2 mins for better aroma.
    - Garnish with cilantros.
