Lemon Scones Recipe

    • Medium

This receipt is super easy for “lazy” people, and cooking with AirGO makes it a lot faster and yummy.

For the icing, you can used:

    • Powdered sugar 150g
    • Lemon juice 2-3tbs
    • Lemon zest 1tsp

Stir those ingredients together and drizzle on scones after they are cooled down.

I am not a big fan of icing so I didn’t drizzle icing on my scones. It still tasted great without any icing. Hope you enjoy this recipe!

    Prepare Ingredients

    *Dry ingredients:
    All purpose flour 250g
    Baking powder 1tbs
    Salt 1tsp
    Sugar 4tbs
    Unsalted butter 113g

-In large bowl combine all dry ingredients and cut butter into small pieces (like size of a pea)
    And then,
-Add lemon zest 1 tbs (Actually, it depends on you, you can put as much as you want for more citrus flavor)

    *Wet ingredients:
    egg 1,
    heavy cream 200ml,
    vanilla extract 2tsp

-Mix wet ingredients and stir into dry ingredients until moistened

-Scoop the dough with ice cream scoop. (You can make about 8-9 scones with this recipe)

    Cooking with AirGO

-Line a parchment paper in the pan
-Place scooped dough on the parchment paper
-Insert pan in the AirGO machine and set it up to oven function at 370F for 12-15 mins.
-Press Start button. AirGO's preheat cycle will help the scones to raise.
-Bake until time's up or scones are golden brown.
-Remove from pan and allow to cool.
