1 tbs rice vinegar
water
3 tbs Soy Sauce
2 tbs Glucose Syrup or Starch Syrup
3 tbs Cooking wine
1.5 tbs Brown sugar
2 tbs Oil
1/2 tbs Sesame oil
Sesame Seed

    Burdock root has multi health benefits, such as for cardiovascular health. Cardiovascular diseases have became one of the most common health problems globally nowadays. In China, burdock root has been used to improve such conditions in Chinese herb medicine for centuries. It is also consumed as a daily side dish in Korean.

    Burdock root has unique aroma like medicine, some people will not appreciate it, but this receipt has covered the medicine flavor and bring up sweetness and tender texture.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Peel off the skin of the burdock root
    - Shredded it and soaking in the water and vinegar for 15 mins.
    - Mix sauce with soy sauce, glucose syrup, cooking wine and brown sugar.
    - Drain shredded burdock root well and ready to use.

    PreHeat

    - Preheat AirGO Robotic Stir Fry for 420F and 30 mins
    - Add oil and shredded roots after preheat, let it cook for 10mins and help to loosen evenly with a spatula.
    - Add mixed sauce in the pan and cook anther 15mins (until the sauce well absorb in to the roots)
    - Add sesame oil and toasted sesame seed and cook for 5 mins
    - Store in the container after cooling down.
