    To make this cookie receipt, you need to prepare the cookie dough at least 24 hours ahead. But trust me, it worth the wait.  Baking with AirGO can shorten the baking time and you don’t have to wait for oven to be preheated. I usually make double portion of the receipt, and keep half in the freezer. Then I can take some dough out to bake couple cookie whenever I have my sweet tooth calling.

    Prepare Ingredients

    Combine all the ingredient together, beside of Coarse Sea Salt.
    Let it set in the refrigerator overnight. If you don't plan to bake it next day or two, you can put it in the freezer.

    Baking With AirGO

    -Place parchment paper in the pan.
    -Move cookie dough out of refrigerator, use a ice-cream scoop or wear food glove to make cookie dough into small ball about 3-4inch diameter.
    -Place cookie dough in the pan, press in the middle to flat the cookie dough
    -Add Coarse Sea Salt on the cookie dough
    -Insert pan in the AirGO, and set it up to oven function for 350F 12mins (soft chewy). Close the lid until times up.
    -Transfer cookies to the cooling rack with spatula.
