Prepare ingredients-Wash and drain baby Bok Choy. If you can find only big Bokchoy in your local market, it will be just delicious as the younger one. All you have to do is to cut cut them in smaller pieces then. -Clean mushroom and slice them -Soak tofu puff in cold water and drain excessive water. |

Cooking with AirGOSet AirGO to grill function function at 400F for about 12 mins After preheat, add 1 tbs oil in the pan. Add Bokchoy, mushroom and tofu puff in the pan, mixing everything together Cook until shows “FLIP”, add 1 tbs Hoisin sauce in the pan and mix with all the vegetables together Cook until times up, add more salt to your taste. |
