Ingredients

half pack or 200g Taiwan tofu (qian ye tofu) or fish tofu
1 pc Bell Pepper
1 stick Celery
1/2 medium size onion
4 pcs Ginger sliced
2 cloves garlic
1tbs Oil
1tbs for sauce Dark soy sauce
1tbs for sauce Soy Sauce
1tbs for sauce Dark Vinegar
1tsp for sauce Sugar
1tsp for sauce Cooking wine
1tsp for sauce Chili flakes

    The texture of  Taiwan Tofu (Qianye tofu) is soft and spongy. It can absorb many favors in cooking and result in unique dishes. You may also use fish tofu (Korean) instead.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Slice Taiwan tofu (qian ye tofu)
    - Slice cooked pork belly
    - Chop bell pepper, onion, celery into small cubes
    - Sliced ginger and garlic

    Sauce Mixture:
    -1 tbs dark vinegar
    -1 tbs dark soy sauce
    -1 tbs soy sauce
    -1 tsp sugar
    -1 tsp cooking wine
    -1 tsp chili flakes

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO to Grill function, 420F, 10 mins
    - After preheat, add oil, bell pepper, onion, celery, ginger, garlic and cooked pork belly in the pan
    - Cook about 5 mins, add tofu and sauce mixture in the pan, mixing all together well
    - Cook until times up
