Ingredients

2 Organic boneless skinless chicken thigh
1/8 tsp marinate chicken White Pepper corn Powder
1/8 pinch of salt marinate chicken himalayan pink salt
2 tbs marinate chicken Avocado oil
1 bunch Green Onion
3 cloves garlic
6 pcs Ginger sliced
1 tbsp. cook for species Avocado oil
1 tsp to replace Swerve

      This receipt adapted from Chinese cuisine. It’s Keto-friendly,  Chicken has a high protein which you need to balance good quality fat to make up the number for the keto diet. this is a perfect dish when you in this diet. If you are not on this diet, you can replace with normal vegetable oil and real sugar.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - Cut boneless skinless chicken thighs into small cubs
      - add 2 tbs of avocado oil, white pepper, and salt to the chicken, and mix them well, and marinate for 15mins
      - Chop green onion and separate green and white part,
      - Cut garlic into a big piece
      - Slice ginger

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function to 400F 12mins with lined parchment paper.
      - After preheating, add 1 tbs of avocado oil in the middle of the pan, mix with the white part of green onion, garlic, and ginger.
      - Cook them for about 4mins, you can smell the aroma from the pan, open the lid, place chicken in the pan.
      - Cook until the indicator shows FLIP, add the green part of green onion, Swerve, mixing all together, cook until times up.
      - Add more time if needed.
