Garlic stems also called garlic sprouts, most people think Chinese food is difficult to cook or full of strange, hard to find, ingredients. But apart from the garlic stems, which you can find in local Asian supermarket, Or you can grown it by your own.

The original cooking method needs to be stir-fry, since we have AirGO, it makes the cooking process a lot easier.

    Steps

    1
    Done

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Cut pork belly into chunk and marined with sugar, cooking wine, salt and dark soy sauce for about 15mins up.
    - Clean and break garlic stems into about 6inch long, I like use hand to break each one, so you can peel the tough part on stems (vein or skin?) to make it more tender.

    Done

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set up AirGO grill function 420 F about 6mins with lined parchment paper.
    - After preheat, add marinated pork belly in the pan evenly, then, cook until the oil comes out from meat.
    - Flip when the indicator shows. Cook until times up.
    - Mixing with Garlic stems in the pan, press "start" and adjust time for 6mins, give a stir when its 3mins left on the digital to avoid over cook in the bottom and add pinch of salt.
    - Cook until times up, add some chili flake if you like spicy and hot.(optional)
