pinch for marinate cod Salt
pinch for marinate cod Black Pepper
1/4 cup for cover cod all-purpose flour
1/2 cup for batter all-purpose flour
1/4 cup for batter corn starch
1/8 tsp for batter Salt
1 tsp for batter Baking Powder
1/2 tsp for batter Baking soda
1/2 tsp for batter Paprika
1/2 cup for batter water
1 tbs for batter Oil
half box Panko
1/2 cup Oil

Airfry Fish Fillets

    Who doesn’t love fried fish fillet? They taste so good. But too much fishy smell when cooked at home. Therefore, cooking with AirGO airfry function, you can easily to make fish at home without strong fishy smell stuck in your home.



    Prepare Ingredients

    1. Clean the fish and dry it with paper towels.
    2. Cut the fish into large chunks, marinated with salt and black pepper.
    3. Dip into all purpose flour for use later.
    - Making Batter:
    Flour, 1/2 cup
    Corn Starch 1/4 cup
    1/8 tsp of salt
    1/2 tsp of Black pepper
    1 tsp of baking powder
    1/2 tsp of baking soda
    1/2 tsp of pepper powder
    1/2 cup of water
    1 tbs of Oil

    - Crispy Cover:
    1. Using Breadcrumbs or Panko
    2. Prepare a big plate,
    3. Use prepared fish cover some batter and then cover with breadcrumbs. Sit each of them on a plate before cooking.


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO to Airfry function for 400F, 6 mins (for each batch ) Lined with parchment paper and add 1/2 cup of oil in the pan.
    - After preheat, add the fish in the pan, cooking until shows “FLIP”
    - Flip fish carefully, cook until times up.
    - Press START (3mins) for next batch, flip the fish press START again for another 3mins.
