1lb Beef Tenderloin
1 tsp for marinate beef Cooking wine
Pinch for marinate beef Salt
Pinch for marinate beef Sugar
1/2 tbs for marinate beef Oil
1 tbs for marinate beef corn starch
1 tbs for marinate beef Oyster Sauce
1 tbs Oil
2 stalks Green Onion
Quarter Bell Pepper
2-3 medium size Shallot

Beef In Oyster Sauce

    Beef in oyster sauce is a most popular Chinese dish in American-Chinese restaurants. It’s hard to cook because it requires high heat to seal the beef slice, meanwhile stir fast for not burn or stick in the wok.

    Cooking with AirGO, you don’t have to worry about it.  The heat can go through beef, cook it fast and keep it moist and without too much stir.



    Prepare Ingredients:

    1. One pound of flat skirt beef or beef tenderloin, follow the beef texture and thin slice it.
    2. Marinated with following ingredients:
    - 1 tsp cooking wine
    - pinch of salt
    - pinch of sugar
    - 1/2 tbs of oil
    - 1 tbs of cornstarch
    - 1 tbs of oyster sauce.
    clockwise mixing the beef with all the ingredients
    (you can see and feel, the beef start to be sticky) and set aside ready for use.
    3. Julienne bell pepper, shallots and green onion for use later.


    Cooking with AirGO

    1. Set AirGO grill function 420F about 10mins with lined parchment paper and 1 tbs of oil.
    2. After preheating, add shallots and pepper on the bottom of the pan then add beef on the top of them evenly.
    3. Close the lid cook until shows "FLIP" and add green onion in the pan, mix well.
    4. Cook until time's up, add more salt if needed before serving.
