2 pcs Swai Fish Fillet
2-3 stalks Green Onion
3 cloves garlic
half head Ginger
1 tbs for red sauce Dark soy sauce
1 tbs for red sauce Soy Sauce
1.5 tsp for red sauce Sugar
1 tsp for red sauce Cooking wine
1 tbs Oil
1-2 tbs corn starch

Red Sauced Fish

    The simplest and most delicious way to cook fish fillet presented by AirGO!

    Here I used Swai fish in this receipt, you can replace swai with tilapia, cod, or flounder (flat fish). Please give a try, it is healthy and tasty!



    Prepare Ingredients

    - Using 2 pieces of boneless skinless fish fillets.
    - Rinse off the fish and use paper towels to dry out extra water from the fish, cut fish into half, set aside for use later.
    - Chop green onions, separate by green and white part.
    - Mash 3 cloves of garlic
    - Slice half head of ginger
    - Prepare red sauce: Mix 1 tbs of dark soy sauce, 1 tbs of soy sauce, 1.5 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of cooking wine well, until the sugar is totally disolved.


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO to grill function at 400F for 15mins with lined parchment paper.
    - During the preheat time, cover fish with cornstarch on each side.
    - After preheat, brush some oil on the parchment paper and add the fish, white part of green onion, ginger slices and garlics in the pan, cooking until the AirGO beeps with “Flip”
    - Flip the fish and pour prepared sauce on the fish evenly, cook until time's up.
    - Garnish some chopped green onion before serving.
