1 large portobello cap , de-gilled, sliced, and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 small red onion cut into 2-inch pieces
8-10 grape tomatoes
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons garlic
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Black Pepper

1. Press [power] button to turn on AirGO.
2. Press [function] button to select “Grill”.
3. Adjust temperature to “420F”.
4. Adjust time to “10” minutes.
5. Press [start] button. The AirGO starts preheating, and the display shows “PrE”.
6. While the AirGO is preheating, assemble the kabobs by adding the mushrooms, onion and grape tomatoes to four skewers.
7. Combine the lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a small bowl.
8. When preheating is completed with “PrE” flashing and a tune, place the kabobs in the cooking pan. Brush the sauce over each kabob.
9. When the flip reminder goes off, turn over the kabobs.
10. When cooking time is completed, the LED displays “End” with 4 long beeps. Remove the kabobs from the cooking pan
