1 lb Ground chicken tender
2 tsp Minced Ginger
2 cloves Minced Garlic
Quarter Sweet Onion
1 carrots
2 tbs for sauce Oyster Sauce
1.5 tbs for sauce Soy Sauce
1 tbs for sauce Hoisin Sauce
1 tbs for sauce Warm water
1 tbs for sauce Tamarind sauce
1/2 tsp for sauce Sesame oil
1/4 tsp for sauce Ground white pepper powder
Optional Chili flakes
1 stick Green Onion
2 tbs Oil
One head Roman Lettuce

Chicken and Pine nut Lettuce Wraps

    Everyone will love the taste and the look of these lettuce pinenut wraps. This dish can be used for larges groups of people such as family gatherings or banquets.



    Prepare Ingredients

    - Fine mince of garlic and ginger.
    - Mince sweet onion
    - Dice carrots into small pieces
    - Ground chicken tender


    Mixing sauce

    - 2tbs oysters sauce
    - 1.5tbs soy sauce
    - 1 tbs hoisin sauce
    - 1 tbs tamarind sauce
    - 1/2 tsp sesame oil
    - 1 tbs warm water
    - 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
    - Chili flakes (optional)


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Preheat AirGO stir fry function for 420F 18 minutes
    - After preheat add about 2oz pine nuts into the pan , cooking about 5 minutes and take them into a bowl, ready for serving.
    - After roast pine nuts, add some oil, gingers, garlic, carrots and onion into the pan cook for 6 mins.
    - Then add ground chicken cook for another 5 minutes
    - Add mixed sauce into the pan, mix all together with a pinch of five spices powder and some green onion for garnishing.
    Suggest: use one piece of lettuce, add chicken in the middle of it, add some pine nuts on top of it, wrap it together to eat.
