Most delicious pepper dish presented by AirGO. I used mini sweet pepper in this recipe, and kids loved it. If you like the spicy type, you can use jalapeño instead of mini sweet pepper.

    Steps

    Prepare Ingredients

    - About 6oz ground pork mixing with salt, ground ginger, cooking wine, sugar, corn starch and some water. Mix all together well, and store in the piping bags for use later.
    - Open and cut the top of the mini pepper, remove all the seed, piping the prepared ground pork into the pepper, and set aside ready for use.
    - Preparing sweet-sour sauce, mixing soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar all together until sugar is dissolved completely.
    - For thickening sauce, mixing 2 tbs of water with 1 tbs of cornstarch and set aside for use later.
