      Have you ever heard Fish Maws? Fish maw is swim bladders of large fishes,  The fresh maw tastes crunchy, chewy, and not fishy at all. if I don’t tell you it’s from big fish, you might think it’s part of chicken or duck.  you can find it in frozen sections of Asian grocery stores.

      Prepare ingredients

      - Thaw out Striped Pangasius Maws, drain it well.
      - Chop sweet onion, peppers, green onion, and garlic
      - Slice gingers

      - After reheating, add pepper, sweet onion, green onions, gingers, garlic, oil, and salt to the pan, cook until 7 mins left.
      - Add Striped Pangasius Maws and Laoganma (Lao Gan Ma) Black Beans Chili Sauce to the pan, cook until times up.
