    Taro root can be a great addition to a meal to make it heartier and healthier. Taro root is often substituted for a potato in many recipes. It has slight creamy taste, therefore, roasting with some green onion gives aroma for better and unique tastes.

    It is a simple dish to make with AirGO.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Boil taro in the water for 20 minutes, rinse off with cold water and peel the skin off
    - Cut taro into small biting size, ready for use
    - Chop bunch of green onion, ready for use

    Preheat AirGO, Grill function for 10 mins in 420F

    - Add oil , green onion and taro into pan, sprinkling some salt.
    - Use spatula to mix them well.
    - Close the lid until done, ready for serve afterwards.
