10 oz mushrooms
1 bag Fried gluten puff
1 tbs corn starch
1/3 cup Warm water
1 tbs Vegetarian oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 stalk Green Onion
quarter Nappa Cabbage
1.5 tsp Dark soy sauce

    This is super famous vegetarian Shanghai style dish, Its go with rice or noodle. the unique aroma from mushrooms brings rich flavors to your bits.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Clean and Slice two kind of mushrooms ( shiitake mushroom and normal mushrooms)
    - Soak fired gluten puff in the warm water
    - Mixing water and cornstarch
    - Julienne green onion
    - Slice quarter of Napa Cabbage

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set up AirGO grill function for 400F for 15 mins with parchment paper
    - After preheating, add oil in the pan, mix oil and mushroom, cook until LED shows "FLIP"
    - Add drained fried gluten puff in the pan mix in with oyster sauce (vegan), sugar and dark soy sauce, mix everything together.
    - Cook until times up
    - Add mixed water/ cornstarch in the pan, use the remaining heat to cook through
    - Add salt if its necessary
