2 tsp Soy Sauce

250g all-purpose flour
140g Warm water
1/2 tsp Salt
10g Oil

    Beef Mille-Crepe (牛肉千层饼)  could be a delicate main course on your family table. The secret of it is the caramelize onion which bringing aroma into the mille-crepe and perfectly combine with beef.

    Using AirGO to make it could well control the temperature bake evenly and less oil, less mess. I even use AirGO to caramelize onions, which toss onion into pan and your hands can be free for another stuff.

    Prepare Beef fillings

    - Fine chopped one large onion.
    - Preheat AirGO Robotic stir fry 420 for 20 mins with some oil
    - Caramelize onion for better flavor.
    - After the onion cooling down, blend with ground beef, oyster sauce, fine minced ginger, sugar, soy sauce and egg together.

    Making the wraps

    - Mix flour, salt, warm water, oil. Knead dough until it smooth.
    - Divide dough for 2 portions.
    - Use rolling pin to flat the dough about 2mm (thin layer)
    - Add beef filling evenly, leave some space around edges and wrap together.
    - Do not forget seal the edge
    - Set in a plate and brush oil on the top

    Baking

    - Preheat AirGO Naan/Crepe function for 400F 15mins ( for 2 )
    - Bush oil in the pan, set prepared beef mille crepe into the pan, bake about 3 mins then flip over and bake for another 3 mins.
