爱锅白萝卜炒蛋
这种方法做的萝卜没有苦涩和辛辣的味道。满满都是萝卜甘甜的口感。用爱锅操作简单快速，无油烟！ 功能：煎（Grill） 温度：420F 时间：12分钟左右 白萝卜切条，撒盐静置10分钟左右，出水后挤干放一边待用。 2-3个鸡蛋打散，加入适量的盐备用。 适量葱花备用 爱锅Grill 420F， 总共12分钟左右。稍微多点油，均匀刷满内锅，进行预热。 预热结束再多等一下，打入备好的鸡蛋蛋液，两三分钟鸡蛋炒好，盛出备用。 锅里放入葱花爆香，放入挤干水份的萝卜条，烹制10分钟左右，混入炒好的鸡蛋。 时间结束前再放入适量盐，搅拌均匀。 时间到后即可出锅 冬天是吃萝卜的最佳时间！建议大家都可以试试这种做法！
爱锅炸子鸡
功能：空气炸（Air Fryer）+煎（Grill） 温度：420F+默认温度 时间：20分钟+3分钟左右 两只鸡腿，两个鸡翅，剁成小块 用料酒、盐、生抽和五香粉腌制，腌制至少3个小时 爱锅空气炸功能，420度，20分钟。锅内放烘培纸，时间结束把鸡块盛出备用(如果想吃鸡肉偏干点的，就换一张烘培纸再炸10分钟) 爱锅换Grill档，默认温度和时间。倒入炒菜油(比平时炒菜多一点)，放入蒜末、花椒炒出香味香，再放入辣椒炒出辣味，然后放入切成条的西芹，翻炒2-3分钟。最后放入炸好的鸡块翻炒，出锅前放点糖提鲜就可以出锅了。 用爱锅做炸子鸡，少油无油烟！简单又方便！
爱锅烤羊排
功能：烤箱（Oven）+空气炸 （Air Fryer） 温度：默认温度 时间：15分钟+10分钟左右 羊排切块，按照自己喜爱的口味腌制1小时以上。爱锅烤箱功能，默认温度，15分钟。结束后，切换功能至空气炸，默认温度10分钟！可加入洋葱丝！非常鲜嫩，多汁，味道好极了！
