4 oz Green bean
half medium size Sweet Onion
half Red bell pepper
4 pcs Thai Chili
5 cloves garlic
1tbs for Sauce Soy Sauce
1tbs for Sauce Dark soy sauce
1 tbs for Sauce Oyster Sauce
1tbs for Sauce Warm water
1tsp for Sauce Fish Sauce
2 tsp for Sauce Sugar
1 tbs Oil
2 oz Basil

Thai Basil Ground Pork

    Basil Ground pork is the most popular Thai dish in North America. But it is rarely cooked at home, because you have to release the fragrance of chili and garlic by hot oil if you cook in right way, and it is a strong smell. But if you use AirGO, you don’t have to worry about it. The machine can help contain the smell and you don’t have to stir it all the time.     Prepare Ingredients

    - Dicing green beans and sweet onions, set aside for use later
    - Mince garlic, Thai chili and red bell peppers, set aside for use later
    - Sauce: use warm water to dissolve sugar, then mix in with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce, set aside for use later.


    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO to grill function for 420F about 15mins with parchment paper.
    - Add oil and garlic, bell pepper, and chili in the pan, cover the lid with preheating process.
    - After preheat, add ground pork in the pan, break it apart and mix all together.
    - After LED shows 8 mins left , add prepared sauce, green bean, and sweet onion, mix all together.
    - Close the lid, cook until time's up.
    - Mix in all the basil with remaining heat.
    Serving with sunny side up egg for your reference.
