1 can Wild Sockeye Salmon canned
1 cup after crushed Pork rinds
1/4 tsp Oregano dried
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Dry Parsley
1 large Egg
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4tsp Paprika
2 tbs after mashed yellow onion
1/3 cup Mayonaise
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbs for grill patties Avocado oil

      Salmon patties are kind of like salmon burgers, with plenty of seasonings added, along with egg and breadcrumbs to hold it all together. It tastes great, to make it keto-friendly, we substitute the breadcrumbs with pork rinds. If you don’t care about the keto-diet meals, you can change it back to the bread crumbs.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - Mashed about quarter of onion,( about 2 tbs after mashed)
      - Crush pork rinds about 1 cut
      - Mix all the ingredients in the big mixing bowl
      - put in the fridge to let it form a bit ( 30mins)
      - Divide all the portion to 6 servings

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function for 420 F 5 mins with lined parchment paper.
      - After preheat, brush some oil in the pan, place salmon patties in the pan
      - Let it cook until the indicator show FLIP, flip patties gently.
      - Cook until times up,
      Drizzle lemon juice will be on option if you like
