Ingredients

1 lb Thin sliced beef
3 big size tomato
1 tsp Minced Ginger
3-4 cloves garlic
2 stalks Green Onion
quarter Nappa Cabbage
1 tbs Oil
2 tbs Oyster Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
pinch Black Pepper

    The weather is getter chill, its the best time to make a warm pot with meat and vegs to make us feel cozy. Cooking with AirGO makes this dish a lot easier!

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Mince 1 tsp of ginger
    - Chop 2 stalks of green onion (separate white and green part)
    - Mince 3 cloves of garlics
    - Thaw sliced beef, you can find it in Asian market or butcher shop
    - Slice quarter of nappa cabbage
    - Dice 3 big size tomatoes

    Cooking with AirGO ( grill vegs)

    - AirGO set Grill function for 420F, about 15mins.
    - After preheat, add 1 tbs of oil and diced tomatoes, ginger, garlic and green onions.
    - Cook until LED shows FLIP, add nappa cabbage, salt, sugar, oyster sauce and mixing them all together.
    - Cook until times up.

    Cooking with AirGO (base heat)

    - After Grill process done, change to base heat 420F about 20mins.
    - Line sliced beef evenly on the top of pot.
    - Cover with another 13inchs lid ,cook for 15mins
    - Then mix soup veg with beef, then cook another 5 mins or until the meat done.
    - Garnishing with green part of green onion and black peppers.
