113g Unsalted Butter

2 lemon

1 Egg

200ml Heavy Cream

2 tsp vanilla extract

150g Powdered sugar

2-3 tbs Lemon Juice

1 tsp Lemon Zest
Directions
This receipt is super easy for “lazy” people, and cooking with AirGO makes it a lot faster and yummy.
For the icing, you can used:
- Powdered sugar 150g
- Lemon juice 2-3tbs
- Lemon zest 1tsp
Stir those ingredients together and drizzle on scones after they are cooled down.
I am not a big fan of icing so I didn’t drizzle icing on my scones. It still tasted great without any icing. Hope you enjoy this recipe!

Prepare Ingredients*Dry ingredients: -In large bowl combine all dry ingredients and cut butter into small pieces (like size of a pea) *Wet ingredients: -Mix wet ingredients and stir into dry ingredients until moistened -Scoop the dough with ice cream scoop. (You can make about 8-9 scones with this recipe) |
