1 bag Sliced fish
4-5 pcs Ginger sliced
2 cloves garlic
2 stalks Green Onion
2 tbs Avocado oil
10 oz Black Oyster Mushrooms

    This is a dish for a lazy night, it’s super simple, you can find cooked frozen clams and sliced fish in the store. Oyster mushroom as tonight vegetable,  using AirGO to cook a one-pot meal! Umami

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Thaw out sliced fish and clams
    - Shredded oyster mushroom
    - Sliced ginger and garlic
    - Chop green onion

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO Grill function for 400F 15mins
    - After preheat, add oil gingers, green onion, and oyster mushroom to the pan, mix them well and cook until LED shows FLIP
    - Add clams and fish to the pan, mix them well and cook until times up.
