Directions
Beef Mille-Crepe (牛肉千层饼) could be a delicate main course on your family table. The secret of it is the caramelize onion which bringing aroma into the mille-crepe and perfectly combine with beef.
Using AirGO to make it could well control the temperature bake evenly and less oil, less mess. I even use AirGO to caramelize onions, which toss onion into pan and your hands can be free for another stuff.
