    Prepare Ingredients

    - Sliced water bamboo shoots
    - Slice 4 oz pork shoulder meat
    - Chop green onion

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 400 F,10 mins with parchment paper and oil and pork slices
    - After preheating, remove pork slices to a plate, add water bamboo shoots in the pan and cook until shows FLIP
    - Add pickled mustard, pork, and green onion to the pan, stir well and cook until times up
