about 10 pcs Dried Baby Scallops
half pack Pickled mustard tuber
2 stalks Green Onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs Avocado oil
1 cup Frozen Soy Bean

    Dried baby scallops are nature MSG from the ocean, the good quality one has a salty and sweet flavor, after braise, the flavor absorbed by winter melon and soybean, Umami!

    Prepare Ingredients

    -Cover dried scallops with water and at least 2 hours. Drain and shred into small strings.
    -Peel and remove seeds of winter melon, and cut them into thick pieces.
    -Chop garlic and green onion

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 400 F 18 mins
    - After preheating, add oil, shredded scallops, pickled mustard tuber, garlic, and half green onion in the pan, cook for 3 mins.
    - Add winter melon in the pan, mix in with a pinch of salt, and cook until LED show FLIP
    - Add about 1 cup of soybean and mix well, cook until times up.
    - Garnish with some green onion before serving.
