    Most of People love potato, it is a common side dish to get Carbohydrates, protein and Vitamins.  The original way to cook this Pepper Salt Baby Potato will be in a pan and a lot of oil with a messy kitchen. I found out using AirGo air fry function to cook it is the best way ever!  Less Oil, Less time, Less mess!

    Prepare Ingredients

    -Boil baby potato for 15 mins in hot water with 1 tsp salt (use a chopstick or fork to check if the potato is soft enough) drain them until cold. then press each one.
    -chop bell pepper and onions.

    Air fry

    -Preheat Air fry function 420F 10mins
    -Line a baking sheet in the pan coat with oil
    -lay prepared potato in to pan, coat some oil on the top of potato
    -sprinkle Szechuan Pepper Salt on the top, close the lid
    -flip over as the LED instruction.
    -sprinkle bell pepper, onion and Szechuan Pepper Salt, until done ,if you like more crispy on the outside, you might need cook longer.
    -Before serving add some kosher salt for your taste.
