      Portobello mushrooms are delicious and good for you. They are rich in disease-fighting phytochemicals and contain high levels of zinc which helps boost the body’s immune function.

      This stuffed Portobello mushroom dish can be served alone or as a side dish. It is super easy to make and tastes absolutely delicious. You can modify this recipe by using different cheeses.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - Trim the portobello and remove the stem, set aside for use later
      - Finely chop the stem, mixing with chop onion and minced garlic.
      - Heat about 0.6 oz unsalted butter, stir fry with onion, garlic, salt, and portobello stem.
      -Cooking on the stove, until its released aroma, mix in with cream cheese, scope fillings on the prepared portobello, and set aside for later use.

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function 400F for 10mins with lined parchment paper.
      - After preheating, spray some oil and add stuffed portobello in the pan, add your favorite cheese ( mozzarella )
      - Cook until times up, or cheese turning brown
      -Garnish some parsley before serving.
