Ingredients

1 head cauliflower cut into small florets
2 tbsp white miso paste
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Optional
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges for serving

    Cauliflower is a big trend now, I highly recommend this receipt from Platings&pairings which I adapted a little bit in here.  I have been tried for several times, from oven to AirGo. I prepare to use AirGo which is simpler and easier. The taste is fantastic and the health value is high. Kids love it!

    1.Preheat Oven to 420F degrees, 35mins
    2. Line a tin foil in to pan, spray lightly with nonstick spray.
    3. Combine the miso, oil, soy sauce, vinegar and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Whisk well to combine.
    4. Toss the cauliflower with the miso mixture and spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
    Roast for 30-35 minutes, until well browned. Toss with fresh cilantro and serve immediately, with lime wedges.
