Ingredients

1.5lb Stir Fry Beef
1 tsp for marinate beef Cooking wine
For marinate beef Salt
1/2 tbs for marinate beef Oil
1 tbs for marinate beef Oyster Sauce
1 tbs for marinate beef corn starch
8oz King Oyster Mushroom
2oz Snow pea
1/2 tbs Oil
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbs Sa Cha Sauce

    This is a typical South East Asian food which go with jasmine rice perfectly. Beef used to require high heat to seal outside fast and keep moist in the meat, cook with AirGO helps to protect the high temperature in short time and cook even!

    Prepare ingredients

    1.5 cup of sliced beef marinated with
    - 1 tsp cooking wine
    - pinch of salt
    - 1/2 tbs oil
    - 1 tbs of cornstarch
    - 1 tbs of oyster sauce.

    Slicing 8oz King Oyster Mushroom
    Clean up about 2 oz of snow pea

    Set AirGO grill function for 420F 7 mins with parchment paper

    After preheat, add oil in the pan and sliced king oyster in the pan evenly.
    Spray some oil on the top.
    ( or until the bottom side shows golden brown) flip them until times up.
    Add marinated beef and snow pea-pod in the pan evenly
    Press” start” - “ pauses “ add time to 5 mins and close the lid
    Cook until times up
    Add Sa cha sauce and sugar
    Mixing all together and cooking with remaining heat.
