2 TBS Soy Sauce
1 TSP Sugar OR SUGAR REPLACEMENT
1 TSP Garlic Powder
PINCH Salt
1.5LB cabbage

      This dish was inspired by northern Chinese cuisine “Nappa cabbage braised Pork”; In the original receipt, it needs a slow cooker or pot to cook for a long time, until the Nappa almost melting and the pork being soft and tender. I found out to use AirGO to cook this dish, it can be cook faster without any water added.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - Marinate pork short ribs tip with soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
      - Slice and clean the cabbage, set aside for use later

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AriGO grill function for 420F 12 mins with parchment paper.
      - After preheating, add ribs in the pan evenly, cook until LED shows FLIP.
      - Add cabbage in the pan give a stir, add time to 15mins
      - Cook until times up, add salt before serving.
