    - Add some salt mix well for 10 mins
    - hydrate Bokchoy by squeezing water out and set a side for use.
    - Break dry chili

    - Add oil , chili and hydrated Bokchoy cook for 5 mins after preheat
    - Add soybeans cook until times up.
    Tips add more time if you want soybeans more soft.
