half Sweet Onion
6 pcs Ginger sliced
5 cloves garlic
1 lb Calf livers
1 tbs Avocado oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbs Coconut Aminos

      I have been looking for a calf liver receipt for a while, then I decided to create one, the original idea from a Chinese famous dish which is using pork liver instead. For keto-friendly, its adapted version.

      Prepare Ingredients

      - chop half bell pepper, half onion
      - Slice gingers and garlic
      - thaw out calf livers and soak in the water until the liver turns white and drain it well and remove extra water with a paper towel

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function 400 F 10 mins with parchment paper
      - After preheating, add onions, bell pepper, ginger, salt, and garlic to the pan with oil cook until shows FLIP
      - place liver on the top, drizzle coconut aminos and cook until time up
      - After done, open the lid and stir all together, then cover the lid for another 2 mins with remaining heat.
