2 stalks Green Onion
starch : water: all purpose flour Crispy batter 1:1:1
2 tbs Avocado oil
pinch Five spice powder
pinch Spicy Powder optional

    Daikon pancake is one of my favorite vegan pancakes I love. Cooking with AirGO use less oil and make it easy

    Prepare ingredients

    - Shredded half daikon, mixing with 1/2 teaspoon salt, and let it stand for 10 minutes for dehydration.
    - Chop two stalks of scallions
    - Making Crispy batter, mixing corn starch: medium flour: water (1:1:1 ) add scallion, five-spice powder, spicy powder( optional)
    - After 10 minutes, squeeze the shredded radish and taste the salt. Add more salt if you like.
    - Mix shredded radish into the batter.

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set Airgo Crepe function 380 degrees for10 minutes (each batch),
    - After preheating, add oil to the bottom of the pan, and add the radish paste into the pan according to the preference (I choose 1/3 cup to scoop it).
    -Spray oil on the top of the batter and close the lid.
    - Cook until LED shows FLIP, flip the pancake, ( if the bottom is golden brown, you can add or extra time as you like)
    - Cook until you get the crispness you want.
