4 oz Ground Beef
2 cloves garlic
1 stalk Green Onion
1 tbs Oil
1.5L Hot Water
1 tbs Oyster Sauce
1 tbs Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
4 oz Chinese Leeks
8 oz Mug Bean Sprouts
2 tbs presevered mustard

    The Original receipt called ” xiao guo mi xian” ( little pot rice noodle). It is popular in Yunnan Province of China. Little pot usual for single portion, but with complex process, let’s use AirGO to cook for whole family with less steps.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Soak rice noodle in the hot water at least 30 mins
    - Mince garlics, green onion (white part)
    - Clean and drain Chinese leeks, and cut it into 2 inches long.
    - Clean and drain mug bean sprouts
    - Boil 1.5L hot water

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set AirGO grill function for 400F 5mins
    - After preheating, add ground beef in the pan with some oil, give a stir to break the ground meat.
    - Then add garlics and green onion mix in with beef, cook until time up.
    - Switch function for base heat 420F 30mins, then add hot water, oyster sauce , dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and drained rice noodle.
    - Cover with a 12inch lid cook until 5 mins left, add mug bean sprouts, leeks and preserved mustard( pickled vegetable )
    - Cook until times up, add salt or chili oil for your desire.
