2 heads garlic
1/4 tsp for marinate steak Salt
1/4 tsp for marinate steak Black Pepper
1 tbs Black pepper sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbs Vegetable Oil
1 tbs (optional) Butter

    I like to use AirGO to cook beef steaks, cause the unique combination of heating methods make cooking efficient and quality consistent.

    In this receipt, you can use beef tenderloin or prime ribeye.

    Prepare Ingredients

    - Rub the steak with salt and pepper and leave for room temp about 30min.
    - Peel 2 Garlic head

    Cooking with AirGO

    - Set up AirGO Grill function 400F 6mins with lined parchment paper
    - After preheating, add oil in the pan and mixing with garlic.
    - Flip garlics when indicator shows "FLIP“
    - After grilled garlics and move all the garlics in the plate, raise up the temperature to 420F and the time for 8 mins
    - Add steak in the pan cook until 5 mins left, turn it over and keep grill until times up.
    - Take the steak out and cut into cubes, put it back to the pan, add black pepper sauce, butter (if the steak not too fat), sugar and garlics.
    - Mix everything together, and cover the lid cook for another 3 mins.
    - Add more salt if necessary.
