      Portobello Mushroom is a common vegetable that you can find it in almost all the grocery store. Most of the receipt you can find to cook this mushroom in a western way is “stuffed”. All the mushrooms have unique flavors, to activate the flavor you need to use oil to stir it until all the water is evaporating. In this receipt, we using AirGO to help with it, it’s easier and faster.

      Prepare ingredients

      - Soak dry chili pepper in the water. thin slice them.
      - Clean and slice portobello
      - Chop green onion ( separate them as green and white part)
      - Chopping some garlic

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function for 400F for about 12 mins with lined parchment paper.
      - After preheating, add 2 tbs of oil the pan, then add sliced portobello, green onion ( white part), garlic, and salt, mix all well.
      - Cook until LED shows FLIP, If you like the creamy taste you can add some Vegan butter, otherwise just add sliced dry chili and stir well.
      - Cook until times up.
