1 stalks Green Onion
1.5 tbs Avocado oil
pinch of salt Salt
1 tsp Coconut Aminos soy sauce replacement, you can use soy sauce +sugar instead.

      This is an extremely easy and delicious way to cook eggs, you never gonna tired of it. I used to cook in the wok, and oil can be splatting everywhere when cooking eggs, so I started to cook with AirGO to see if it can bring the texture and flavor just like a wok do.

      Prepare ingredients

      - Crack 4 pcs of eggs in a bowl
      - Cut stalk about 5cm in length
      - If you don't have coconut aminos, you can just melt sugar in the soy sauce ( 1:1)

      Cooking with AirGO

      - Set AirGO grill function for 420F for about 4 mins with 1.5 tablespoons of avocado oil
      - After preheating, add eggs to the pan, add green onion in oil the pan, a pinch of salt add on the yolk.
      - Close the lid, until the side of the egg white start to bubbling(about 2-3mins)
      - Open the lid, flip the egg if you want for double side fry, add 1 teaspoon of coconut aminos on the top of the eggs.
      - Cook until times up. if you like solid yolk, you can keep the egg longer in the pan, no need to add more time to cook.
